Song was born to a remote pride of Rag'oran that had done their best to stay far away from the affairs of humankind and even those of other Shi'vali. Over time, as a new leader rose among their pride, that philosophy shifted and they became strategic politic allies of certain other Shi'vali prides. Among those prides a particularly close alliance grew with Mengyao's pride. Song herself came from a line of messengers and was trained from a young age in the arts of speed flying and combat. She was responsible for ferrying messages between prides and came to be particularly renowned among her own people for her speed and quick wit. Unfortunately for the pride her values and philosophies began to drastically shift away from theirs as they grew more power hungry. Perhaps as a result of her frequent travels far from her home, Song had a more moderate and gentle view on life and as time passed became more and more disenchanted with her pride. At long last she left them entirely without a word and vanished. In general she is kind hearted and friendly with a playful temperament and a penchant for teasing. That said she is a well trained fighter and exceptional flyer who is more than capable of taking care of herself. She can be overconfident and a touch arrogant which lands her in trouble far more often than she would like to admit.
